1) This is merely a hunch, but I'm guessing it was "Lucy and Viv Put in a Shower" because she mentioned it very often, and talked about it in her last conversation with Vivian Vance when she and Mary Wickes drove up to San Francisco for their final visit with her.

I agree and think the Dean Martin one was her all time best Lucy show too.

From what I read, Lucy went the extra mile to ensure that Dean would guest star on her series. Lucille Ball may have been more than a little thrilled to be working with him and it shows in this classic episode.

But when she talked about the shower episode it was mostly about how she supposedly almost drowned. I don't think that would qualify that as a favorite episode.
