EW has revealed the poster for Dario Argento's Dracula 3D.

The film stars Thomas Kretschmann as Dracula, Asia Argento as Lucy, and Rutger Hauer as Van Helsing. It will be released in New York and L.A. on Oct. 4 and will also be available on VOD and digital platforms.

Admittedly, I have only seen one Argento's movies: 1985's Phenomena. Starring a 13-year-old Jennifer Connelly, Daria Nicolodi, and Donald Pleasence (from the Halloween series). Let's just say that it sure was an experience.

BTW, stay away from the 82-minute R-Rated U.S. cut Creepers. It is missing a good chunk of key plot points.

I'm glad he's still making movies, he's done some amazing and creative horror films!

I'll watch it for his daughter Asia, but his recent films have been disappointing. I think his last truly good film was The Stendhal Syndrome back in 1996.

Not sure we really need yet another Dracula movie.

Though I am curious about Neil Marshall's upcoming The Last Voyage of Demeter which is about what happens to the crew of the Demeter while transporting Dracula's coffin to England.

I read that Universal is working on Dracula Untold set for 2014.

There is also a "Dracula" series set to launch in late October on NBC starring Jonathan Rhys Meyers.
