I know that there is a special name for these kind of pharses/words, but I don;t know it, LOL. anyway, What are some words that you can think of that is spelled the same backwards and forwards?

that's all I can think of now.
Incidently, I just read something in the newspaper a little while back talking about how this is a palindromic year (2002). Also 1991 was a palindromic year. The last time 2 palindromic years have occured so close together was 999 and 1001. And then they went on about how unusual it is to live through 2 palindromic years in a lifetime.

Bootsy is right - sentences or words that are spelt the same way backwards and forwards are called palendromes.
"Rise to vote sir" is a palendromic sentence.
