If you look quite a distance down this page, you will see a thread by me called "Bob Danish". This deals with an episode of "Silver Spoons" that reminded me of the "Gimme a Break!" episode "Samantha's Protest". I see that it has now uptained eighty views and zero replies. Eighty years ago, it was 1932. If my facts are correct, that is the year that the children's picture book "Down, Down the Mountain" was written. Is anyone here familiar with this story? A children's story that has been around for eighty years! I wonder how many public libraries still have a copy.
