I took French all 4 years of high school. Got straight A's all the way. I can hardly understand it now, and it's only been 3 years.

I'm taking sign language now.

I speak English (that God!). I am currently taking a dead langauge called Latin. I hate it so much! I think I'm going to fail the stupid class this semester. I didn't do so well the 1st quarter, nor the 2nd quarter. The final was a complete disaster . . . well, let's see how bad I did- the report card will be coming out next week.

Latin is a really good language to take, though. First of all, there's not oral examinatioins, like there is in French/Spanish/German. Plust, alot of people say that it helps you with vocab, especially on the SATs....

Anyway, I take Español! I've been taking it for forever. Since 1st grade. 10 years exactly I think. It's all good though, cause I'm getting strait As...

(I have been taking the Spanish language for like 2 1/2 years. (I'm not all that great in the language though) And I'll probably keep on taking it all through high school and maybe college. I want to be fluent in spanish and be able to go to places like Spain or Mexico or any other Spanish speaking country and be able to communicate with the people there.)

(From the time I was born to the time I started elementary school, I only knew how to speak Polish. Once I started kindergarden, I started to learn English. To this day, I still speak it, or else my parents wouldn't understand me as well if I spoke English to them.)

Ahora, hablo Español y estudio en el escuela para 3 años. Tomaré español para un año mas, y en el universidad tambien!

(Now, i speak spanish and study it in school 3 years now. I will take it for one more year and in college too!)

i guess this makes me kinda trilingual! Cheers!

Did you get that through a translator. Cuase the grammer in it is really strange. I read the first sentence and was like "she was drinking Spanish for 2 years?".

Well "tomar" can mean to drink, but usually it means to take. For me, I use "beber: for drink, so i won't get confused. She most likely used "tomar" as to take.

This is my second year in spanish and I can barley tell you what my name and age is correctly. That's only because last year, my teacher came 5 weeks late and was a sick person and was never there, and this year, we started off with a teacher but they put us in a class w/o a teacher. Then he finally came in November and all he does is take role and make us work in the workbook. We haven't had a single test yet, but that's only because he does't teach anything, not even the stuff in the work book. I swear the people in my school are *******.
