I could have sworn I saw an episode in which Michael wanted to join a gang. It's not the one where he joins the Junior Warlords. In it, there's some gang members at their house and one mentions how he wants to get his "medal" or some other nomeclature that I can't recall. At any rate, what it actually is, is a wound receive during a fight. Michael thinks this is great. At the end of the show, we find out the boy got his medals; a gunshot, but he winds up dying. I have all 6 seasons on DVD and didn't see this one but could have sworn it was real!:confused:

You are talking about the JEFFERSONS-lol I think you got confused because the characters in that Jeffersons episode was similar to the ones in that Good Times episode. But the episode you are talking about is when Jenny was doing a research project on Gangs and the youngest gang member ended up being shot and killed.
