Weekends, as of now same as it is now, but this is tentative.
Blog story coming at 12 noon ET.
yankeesrj12 04-30-2012, 01:54 PM The night has very little flow. I would have left My Wife and Kids at 8pm, leading into also-family-friendly George Lopez at 9pm. Yes, Dear should have gone at 10pm, so you had three straight hours of family comedies. Friends could have aired at 11pm and 12am, with That 70's Show at 1am.
And whats with the random airing of Everybody Hates Chris at 2am?
EmoJoe 04-30-2012, 02:30 PM I don't see Yes, Dear doing well. How many people still even remember that show? Hell, how many people even knew about it when it was on? It was a ho-hum CBS sitcom that only survived six years because of cushy timeslots.

Six seasons is a good run. Some shows run less and still do okay in syndication. Although I stopped caring about the Nick at Nite schedule, I hope Yes, Dear does well. I watch it on TBS at noon and it is a clever and funny show. Anthony Clark is the man!
benjamoon 04-30-2012, 06:52 PM Yes Dear was the Rules of Engagement of its time
Mr. Television 04-30-2012, 07:05 PM Yes Dear was always an underrated show. Critics hated it but viewers loved it and kept it on for 6 years.
Family Ties Forever! 04-30-2012, 08:28 PM Yes Dear was always an underrated show. Critics hated it but viewers loved it and kept it on for 6 years.
TVFactFan 04-30-2012, 08:32 PM Well N@N has made it easier for me to watch Seinfeld at 2am on TBS now that Friends has been reduced to 2 airings and no longer 4 airings

Six seasons is definitely a good run, but my point was it only made it to that many seasons thanks to cushy timeslots. It always had just good enough ratings thanks to it being sandwiched in between King of Queens and Everybody Loves Raymond and when it was moved out of that slot, ratings dropped significantly. I don't think I've ever heard anyone mention it since its cancellation or even during its run (the Rules of Engagement of its day is an apt comparison). That's in stark contrast to most of Nick's line-up (with maybe the exception of Everybody Hates Chris) so I don't see it lasting.
TVFactFan 04-30-2012, 11:02 PM Just read Yes dear is about a couple raising their infant son and then they end up having another child two seasons later.
Yes this show is going to FAIL
Pavan 04-30-2012, 11:26 PM Well N@N has made it easier for me to watch Seinfeld at 2am on TBS now that Friends has been reduced to 2 airings and no longer 4 airings
You're not reading right again. Friends is still on 4 times.
spunkygirl 04-30-2012, 11:35 PM I agree, I don't see Yes, Dear doing well at all. It'll go the way of Malcolm
TVFactFan 04-30-2012, 11:43 PM You're not reading right again. Friends is still on 4 times.
I read it right, Friends no longer comes on at 2am on Nick@Nite2. Instead it comes on at 1am and 3am
Pavan 05-01-2012, 12:04 AM That's still 4 airings.
TVFactFan 05-01-2012, 12:21 AM That's still 4 airings.
I thought it was reduced because it no longer came on at 11pm. But I see it was just seperated a bit
PrettyinPink55 05-01-2012, 01:03 AM I can't seem to recall anything at all about Yes, Dear. Was it on mid-2000s?
icecream 05-01-2012, 01:17 AM I can't seem to recall anything at all about Yes, Dear. Was it on mid-2000s?It aired from 2000-2006 on CBS.

Thanks!!! :D

Yes this show is going to FAIL
Well, it could be hit or miss but I suggest you watch first before making that decision. TBS has been airing it for 8 years. I think the show is very funny. Its about a successfull account who allows his wife's sister and family to move into their guest house. The two couples have different POV's on raising kids, the way to live life and etc. Jimmy (Mike O' Malley) is often the butt of Greg's (Anthony Clark) jokes about not moving out of the house. Carol Burnett Show Alums Vicki Lawrence and Tim Conway have recurring roles as Greg's parents. Alley Mills (Wonder Years) and Dan Hedaya have recurring roles as Kim and Christine's divorced parents. Jerry Van Dyke recurrs as Jimmy's dolt of a dad on the show and Beth Grant as Kitty Hughes as Jimmy's mother and Big Jimmy's wife.
The producers did invest a lot in the show with getting big name celebrities to guest stars to using brand name products on the show. The Executive Producer of My Name is Earl Greg Garcia is the writer/producer for Yes, Dear. Billy Gardel (Mike and Molly) had a recurring role as Jimmy's childhood friend Billy. I think it's a funny, brilliant show. I hope it brings in an audience on NAN.

An 80s Guy 05-01-2012, 12:09 PM I used to watch Yes Dear all the time. I have never seen it on TBS because it airs early in the day but I would love for it to find an audience on N@N.
Brent88 05-01-2012, 12:36 PM Not a big fan of breaking up the Friends block, but I'm guessing it is N@N's top show with Yes, Dear sandwiched between in the huge 11pm slot(they must have high hopes too).
The late night schedule is odd... and That 70's Show relegated to 8pm?
yankeesrj12 05-01-2012, 01:22 PM I feel like Yes, Dear has been on TBS for quite some time, so it has to be doing well. I think it'll do fairly well on Nick at Nite.
tbswatcher 05-01-2012, 03:29 PM This is awesome news. I watch Yes, Dear on TBS when I get the chance but now I can watch it regularly at 11pm on Nick at Nite.

I got excited and thought N@N removed yes Dear because i didn't see it on the schedule for tonight. But I believe it won't last beyond May

I see Yes, Dear failing. I forgot that show even aired. Did locals ever air it in syndication?

That 70's Show to TV Land? Blah... I thought TV Land was for older shows than this millennium.
TVFactFan 05-06-2012, 02:17 PM Yes Dear is a "GRAVY STAIN" on the Nick@Nite programming schedule
TV Land is a "GRAVY STAIN" on my cable channel lineup
USATVFAN 05-06-2012, 02:28 PM Yes Dear is going to Bomb! It's really not that good of a show and very Dumb, It's Stellar at the most but that it. It's only got the ratings it's did because it was aired in the middle of Everybody Loves Raymond and The King of Queens which both of those shows are 10 times better and much more popular then Yes dear. I have Yes dear as one of the worst shows of the 2000's on my Worst TV Shows of the last Decade list. I really like the Two Hours Friends block form 9-11pm and that's 70s show coming on at 8pm leading into Friends
However while I only watch those two shows, The Nanny and George Lopez on Nick at Nite, They are becoming WAY TOO Modern. They should only be airing shows that ended around 1997 and earlier and no later then 1997. Leave the shows that came on after 1997 for TBS!
In My Opinion:
Hallmarks Shows ended between 1950-1970
TV Land Shows ended between 1965-1985
Nick at Nite Shows ended between 1986-1997
TBS 1997-present

When I read what Yes Dear was about I decided not to even give it a try. A couple who just had a baby in the beginning of the show? NO THANKS
LOL

This is absurd. The Brady Bunch? How does that make any logical sense?
Nice that it's "back" however. It really bothers me how they keep flip flopping on the 8-midnight lineup.
TVFactFan 05-21-2012, 01:31 AM The only problem i see with the schedule is that the Nanny won't go away
USATVFAN 05-21-2012, 01:37 AM You have to be kidding me about the Brady Bunch! It's fit the Schedule Ten Years ago perfectly but not now! it does not fit anymore on Nick at Nite. It look very weird being tucked in their with all those Newer shows of the last 5-20 Years! It just does not fit anymore with all those new shows. It belongs on TV Land now or even hallmark Channel!

It's a very shocking move indeed. That will be their oldest show on the schedule in 10 years
Adem422 05-23-2012, 04:17 AM I think its great the brady bunch is back. I mean it could bring in ratings/viewers so it could stay on the network and it even could make sot hey could add more classic shows. I think its a great decision they made.
spunkygirl 05-23-2012, 08:40 AM I knew Yes Dear would flop.
Brent88 05-23-2012, 07:01 PM lol The Brady Bunch... that may be the most random thing I've ever seen.
KNEW Yes, Dear wouldn't last in the prime 11pm slot.

Maybe if they'd put more classic shows like The Brady Bunch on again, I'd watch N@N. lol

Hi Pav,
I was wondering, Do you know how well(Ratings Wise) Friends and That 70s show are doing on Nicik at Nite? I am guessing Frineds is doing very well since they are in the same timeslot they has since September and had already 10 Marathons, I knew it would be a hit for Nick at Nite.
Adem422 05-23-2012, 09:54 PM How do i check the ratings for the hub and nick @ nite
yankeesrj12 05-23-2012, 10:52 PM Some ratings:

Adem422 05-23-2012, 11:26 PM Where do you find these at? Like what website?
Brent88 05-23-2012, 11:31 PM TV By the Numbers posts cable numbers quite regularly, and Friends usually makes the top shows everytime... 1 mil+ for Nick at Nite is excellent. I don't recall any other Nick-at-Nite shows on there most times.
Adem422 05-23-2012, 11:33 PM Site link plz.
noveel 05-23-2012, 11:49 PM Hub doesn't have the channel placement of nick@nite
Adem422 05-23-2012, 11:55 PM What you mean? I just want there ratings all I see on tv by numbers is ratings for ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX. Which I could give to shots about I mean they are so boring nasnty unless you have sports or news playing. But any I just want The Hub and Nick @ Nite ratings.

That 70s Show look like it doing very well on Nick at Nite! some days it get as much as 1.8 Million! That very good for Nick at Nite and it's get better Ratings then what Friends get on some nights!
Adem422 05-24-2012, 12:33 AM Okay I don't see nick at nite or the hub ratings on that link. Some one plz help!
USATVFAN 05-24-2012, 12:41 AM It's on There! You Just have to look! Make the text size bigger. Nick at Nite is NAN that the initials.
Adem422 05-24-2012, 01:34 AM Give me a screen shot and where can u find the hubs ratings
yankeesrj12 05-24-2012, 04:27 PM Give me a screen shot and where can u find the hubs ratings
Just keep scrolling down until you see Friends. It's the only Nick and Nite show on the list and it's on there twice.
Hub ratings are rarely reported. What are some specific shows on HUB you're interested in?
Adem422 05-24-2012, 06:44 PM oh theres no place to see the ratings for each show on their schedule and for the hub i'm looking for The Facts Of Life, Happy Days, Lavern & Sherly, and Mork & Mindy
yankeesrj12 05-25-2012, 05:58 PM It's not the shows you asked for, but here are some HUB numbers:
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 25TH:
Transformers Rescue Bots (Series Premiere at 1130am) - 289,000 viewers
R.L. Stine's The Haunting Hour: The Series (5pm) - 292,000 viewers
R.L. Stine's The Haunting Hour: The Series (530pm) - 348,000 viewers
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 26TH:
Family Game Night (7pm) - 190,000 viewers
SATURDAY, MAY 12TH:
Dan Vs. (830am) - 198,000 viewers
The Aquabats! Super Show (11am) - 135,000 viewers
Battleship: Battle Stations! (8pm) - 208,000 viewers
Transformers Prime (830pm) - 363,000 viewers
If you look at those numbers, they seem to be anywhere from 130,000 viewers to 360,000 viewers, so my guess is all of the shows you were curious about are somewhat around there. They might be closer to 85,000 viewers (maybe higher, maybe lower) since they aren't original programming, but I could be wrong. Remember, The HUB is in about 61 million homes (about 53% of people with televisions).
