I have to watch this episode again before I go to sleep-LOL Andy returned from Florida trying to get his office back from Nellie and she was like......"NO"

Then Kelly decided not to mess with Ryan anymore because Pam hooked her up with another guy

Erin telling Dwight that Andy couldn't perform sexually because his lost manager job.

Love the ending when Mr. California told Andy he is no longer the new manager and Andy replied NO about 6 times and then Mr. california says "Andy if you say NO one more time you are fired. Now do you have anything else to say?

Andy..."NO"

Then he is walking out with a box of his things-LMAO!!!!!!!!!. This episode ROCKED

Then after Andy gets fired, he is suddenly in the MOOD to have sex and him and Erin rushes home-LOL

That a$$hole was leaving with a box in his hand with all his stuff and said that was the first time in a while he felt like he was in control=lol

I liked most of this episode.

The one thing I did not like which is unrealistic, even for The Office, is to have a meeting on impotence and Andy's problem.

Andy getting fired sucked. Saying that, I like the Nellie character. It would be interesting what happens next, hopefully not another "Michael Scott paper" deal. I really like her and Ellie Kemper together. Ellie Kemper to me is sooooo beautiful, damn she is just gorgeous.

I don't know what could happen to get Andy back his job with Dunder Mifflin. Why should he go back to that loser company anyway? He went to Cornell. He got a 3.0 average. He is bagging Ellie/Erin.

The best part of the show was the subplot with Ryan and Kelly, and poor Ryan on that horse decked out in some Indian warrior outfit with the horse's butt straight at the employees, which all detest Ryan who got his due.

I love this season, and I mourn for it to end, but maybe they should hang it up.

maybe California will get fired (or quit) and everyone else will pretend that Andy never got fired?

Dude, spoilers is right. It's my own fault for coming here. Still, maybe a little more discretion with the thread titles?

I'm so sorry Janice, don't be mad at me-lol I guess I was just so shocked and revealed it in the title. Now I know not to reveal anything in the title until 12:30am eastern time

its actually within 24 hours of the original airing (although with DVR's so prevalent, I actually think it should be within a week)

5. Unmarked spoilers are not permitted. A "spoiler" is defined as revealing the outcome of a movie within 3 months of release, or a TV show up to 24 hours after original airing. If you wish to discuss spoilers, please place "SPOILERS" (All Caps) in the thread title, AND use the spoiler box vBcode to post the information. Any post found with spoilers will be edited or deleted without warning.

it might not be the rule, but I think that anything that would be a major spoiler for someone that hasn't seen it yet, should be treated as such wherever possible, just out of common courtesy (BTW - I wasn't particularly surprised by this spoiler and still haven't watched the whole episode yet, but I'm not a super-fan of the show or anything so I don't really care)

I agree, unless the show is Bewitched, Three's Company, etc, the outcome of a currently running show shouldn't be put in the thread title. Even if a person doesn't come to the forum, they can still see it on the main page if it's active. People watch shows a variety of ways. I watch The Office via On Demand, and sometimes they take their time putting the episodes up. It's no big deal, but I would have preferred watching it play out, instead of knowing.

I'm actually a little ANNOYED by the responses in this thread but I will make sure to put spoilers in the title in the future

Solomon, since when are you so sensitive. We're just chatting. It doesn't bother me much, but if I had a choice, I'd rather watch it. That's all. It's not a big deal.

No your response was fine, and I was cool with it but I just wasn't expecting follow up responses to me revealing what happened in the episode 3 days later. It had already been stated I made a mistake so I just didn't see the point of other posters bringing the issue back up.

I do hope Kelly eventually picks Ravi. She would be a damn fool if she takes Ryan back. Ryan is such a wishy-washy, whimpy, self-absorbed little twerp. The guy Pam set up with Kelly is "beautiful" just like Oscar said. He's a successful doctor, he's gorgeous and he treats Kelly like a lady. If Kelly doesn't choose Ravi the pediatrition, I'll never feel sorry for her again. She'll deserve to be miserable with Ryan.

I guess it was hard for Ryan to see her with another guy because he was so used to her being so obsessed with him so to see her attention focused on another man made him pretend to want her. He stated in the episode that he rather see her alone instead of with another guy-lol

But why does it matter if you don't want her???-LOL
