Exclusive: Sean Kanan Returns to "The Bold and the Beautiful"

One of the soap world's best (and by that we mean worst!) badasses is back on the scene for another round of hell-raising.

TV Guide Magazine has learned that Sean Kanan will return to CBS' "The Bold and the Beautiful" May 24 in the role of Deacon Sharpe, a part he played there from 2000 to 2005.

Kanan later took the smarmy character to "B&B's" sister soap "The Young and the Restless" where he was seen from 2009 until just recently.





Details about Kanan's return and length of stay are sketchy but we do know Deacon will be in cahoots with meddling patriarch Bill Spencer who will try to use him to destroy the star-crossed romance of Liam and Hope.

When freaky Deac was on "Y&R" he lured recovering alcoholic Nikki Newman back to the sauce. Will he convince pill-popper Hope to buy a one-way ticket to the valley of the dolls?

Deacon is supposed to be serving time in Genoa City, Wisconsin (Y&R) for smashing in Diane Jenkins' head among other things. I wonder how they'll have him worm his way back to L.A.

I'll give you a little update then. Hope is now a pill popping junkie, so I suppose Deacon is going to play a big part in that story.

I started watching yesterday and i'm loving it already. I have a thing for pill popping on soaps if done right Erica (all my children) and karen (knots landing.)
