What was the funniest episode?

I don't remember which episode this is from, but the kids were home alone & they had a sander in the living room. They put the sander on top of the coffee table & put a huge hole in it. Jason & Maggie pulled up in their car & the kids wanted to hide the hole so they had Ben sit on the hole & he was sinking in the hole! Anyone remember which episode that's from?

Tough call for me. Pains wasn't a hysterical sitcom, but had some gut-buster moments occassionally. When Ben's volcano explodes chocolate all over everyone, and when Mike's waterbed springs leaks on the family. You couldn't even hear the dialogue over the audience, which was roaring.

In terms of a favorite ep, would be the magic rock one. Lots of activity and double-cross.

the kids were home alone & they had a sander in the living roomI think that was episode 2-44 "Confidentially Yours", and I agree - that was one of the gems. Another funny one, and similar set-up with the kids home alone, is "The Awful Truth".
I like that the writers dedicated a lot of time to JUST the kids. That was unusual for TV.

There's the one where Jason takes too much meds. It seemed lame when I first saw it. The 2nd(and 3rd) time, it was histerical.

i like the episode when ben and mike go out on the town cause he needs paste then they run into alot of funny stuff

I just saw the paste one the other night, and man did that have some huge innuendo in it.

"Sticky, sticky, sticky."

"Why don't you come over here and face the other way?"

"You've been up in your room procrastinating."
"You knew about that???"

"Don't get any on ya."

i liked all of them i liked mikes choiec parents waiting for him come home and he pulls in2 driveway comes in house and is living room waiting for them he tricked them again.

but another 1 is birthday present think that it ben stool the money can off of some old lady cause he thought god helped him get money lol mike start praying
