One thing that I mentioned in the recent past, is that the only page on this site that I visit regularly that seems to be getting any action is that of "Happy Day". Althoug I do all that I can to stimulate conversation on all of the others, no one seems interested in responding. Well I just came from the "Happy Days" page and the thread that had been raised to the top was one about cases in which the same actor or actress plays more than one part. These are usually bit-part players were make one-time appearances as different character throughout the duration of the series. Off of the top of my head, I can only think of one case in which this happened on "Gimme a Break!" The bit-part player that I am thinking of is Hazel Shermet. She went from being a door to door sales lady (Mom's Birthday) to a busy body on a pay phone (The Emergency) to a neighbor who came to a party that Nell had given (Nell Goes Door to Door). I am sure that I could research whether this ever happened on this show with any other performers, but, just for fun, I am using this as a way to try and stimulate some conversation. If anyone remembers any other actors or actresses who appeared as more than one person on "Gimme a Break!" please write about them here!
