House fans have been given the opportunity to get involved in the final season of the show.

The Hugh Laurie medical drama is scheduled to come to an end later this year after eight seasons.

Fox has now invited fans of the show to either submit original content, which could be included in the one-hour House retrospective special, or to enter a sweepstake for the chance to mingle with the cast at the finale party in Los Angeles after filming wraps on April 20.

The original material could be a song or a video about the show, or a poem or dance to show how the series has affected you. It can come in the form of film, photographs or audio recordings.

Members of the public wanting to submit material for the show should visit www.fox.com/House/finale, while those wanting to enter the wrap party sweepstakes should go to www.fox.com/superperks.

The House retrospective special and series finale air in on Monday, May 21 from 8pm on Fox.
