Lol, knowing how they'll end up years later, easy response: Kelly Bundy.

I think 'Unhappily ever after' authors pushed way more on Tiffany's appearance and sex appeal than the authors of 'Married with children' did with Kelly.
But at 'her most beautiful', Kelly was in my opinion hottest than Tiffany.
