I just watched the Eric Royce Leonard/Sacramento Thrill Killings segment, and I noticed that the segment used some clips of actual police footage of body bags being taken away by authorities.

What other segments showed "file footage?"

Tommy Gibson's case in the beginning I believe had file footage from the massive search party looking for him.

Bordello Murders
Cindy James case

Clockworkhigh, I know they reused search and rescue footage multiple times for segments (and changed the names of the missing person) but now I'm curious to see if that one was actually file footage!

Dana Satterfield, New Orleans serial killer case, Kansas firefighter deaths, Darlie Routier, Aimee Willard, Jodi Huisentruit, Blind River killings and parts of the Cogni-Tech case showed some police footage. Later on, apart from Unsolved Mysteries, they showed footage from the Las Cruces bowling alley massacre, Dorothy Donovan crime scene and the I-70 killings.

That always disturbed me, seeing the stabilized victims being loaded into ambulances--because none of them lived. :(

Another segment I can think of is Beverly McGowan. There was a bit of the police video from the search of her apartment.

A photo of the bottom half of Eugene Kvet is shown in the Kurt Sova segment.

Jeffrey Digman's body as it was found is shown in his segment.

Jasper Watkins

Part of the photo of Keith Warren as he was found is shown in his segment (I believe).

There's brief outdoor footage of Father Reynaldo Rivera's funeral in the segment about him and Father John Kerrigan.

I know there's more, that's what I could think of off the top of my head.

Awesome, thanks for the replies everyone!

I think the file footage/photos add a whole additional layer of disturbing-ness to these segments...
