Report: Camille Grammer Not Returning to "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills"
Mar 24, 2012
by Natalie Abrams

After spending most of last year in the headlines, Camille Grammer has decided not to return for the third season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills", People reports.

A source tells the magazine that Grammer was no longer willing to expose her personal life to the masses. "She's at peace with her decision," the source said.

In 2010, Camille and Kelsey Grammer went through a very public separation. Divorce papers were filed in a Los Angeles court in February 2011.

Kelsey then wed Kayte Walsh Grammer, who is now expecting twins.

A rep for the Bravo series did not immediately respond to TVGuide.com's request for comment.

Camille Grammer Confirms "Real Housewives" Exit, Blames Producers
Mar 25, 2012
by Kate Stanhope

Camille Grammer confirmed Saturday that she will not be returning to "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills", but — contrary to reports — she says it wasn't her choice.

"I can't say too much at this moment, but we couldn't get it worked out," Grammer, 43, told Us Weekly. "I've had so much fun with the franchise, but I guess the producers and I couldn't come to an agreement."

People first reported Grammer's departure Saturday, with a source telling the magazine that Grammer no longer wanted to put her private life in front of the cameras.

Grammer famously dealt with the end of her 14-year marriage to Frasier star Kelsey Grammer on the show's first season. However, she said that she would have been happy to return. "I think I would have done it, definitely."

Her now-former co-stars Adrienne Maloof and Kyle Richards both called Grammer's exit sad. "Together the six of us were a great combo," Maloof told Us.

Camille Grammer Returns to "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" Season 3
05/21/2012

Camille Grammer's will-she-or-won't-she return to "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" for Season 3 of the hit Bravo reality show is now settled.

"I will be a part of production again," Grammer told E! Online exclusively.

"I guess it was something I couldn't let go of. I really enjoy being with the women and working with the producers. They're like my extended dysfunctional family."

It was announced in March that Grammer would not be back for Season 3 of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills", with the reality star telling HuffPost:

"I didn't want to expose my personal life so much anymore ... I care very much for my family and children and that show tends to take me away from them."

She went on to elaborate on her reasons for quitting "Real Housewives" on "Good Morning America":

"I gave them a list of things that I didn't want to shoot: my children and my relationship with my boyfriend. I don't think my ex would have signed off on it, and I don't feel comfortable exposing my kids."

But Grammer couldn't stay away for too long. In May, rumors serviced that she was back on Bravo's "Real Housewives", but a source told HuffPost's Rob Shuter that "she is not an official housewife and is no longer on the network's payroll."

The insider told Shuter: "Obviously she has close relationships with a few of the ladies and anyone who is close with these girls will end up on camera in the background."

Grammer seems to be involved more than that though. She teased Season 3 to E!, saying, "There's definitely drama ... The girls are bringing it."

I'm glad she's returning. I've grown accustomed to her on the show.
