I'm glad I didn't miss it!! I read a story about it on the internet and thought I had missed it!! I barely watch TV Land anymore. :(

I am curious as too why Eddie Mekka did not seem to part of it. I didn"t see any mention of him there, was he not invited??

No idea if this is the only reason, but it looks as if Eddie Mekka had a show scheduled for the same night...

How is Penny Marshall these days? I heard she was ill. I remember the first Tv land awards with John Ritter and I taped the show. Little did we know a few years later he would pass away.

Actually he died only about 5 months after hosting the show. I remember it was a shock to me, it was like a punch in the gut when I heard about his death on the radio driving into work one day.
