The first episode that The Hallmark Channel aired last night/early this morning? It was so-so,about Carol joining Bob's fat therapy group, giving her views about once being fat.Howard was not very bright in this episode. And that guy whom Carol went out with was just plain rude.I'm glad Carol and especially Bob chewed him out.Only really funny scene was at the very end in Bob's office.I'm not going to spoil the ending except to say that it was funny,(kind of wry),and no one got hurt.Any comments on this episode, which was from season four and was called "The Heavyweights".Any comments on this episode?

I really thought the guy Carol went out with was really creepy and I would have hoped Bob would've been a little more...protective of her when she called from that theatre...I mean yeah it was nice that he chewed him out for being a pig later on, but man that was kind of gross.

The first one The Hallmark Channel aired late last night/early this morning? It waa one of the better episodes from the last 3 seasons,(I presume),and had lots of funny scenes -especially when Mr.Carlin(Jack Riley)and Mr.Petersen(the late John Fiedler),who despised each other, walked out of Bob's office, arm in arm, singing.Talk about an Odd Couple.I will not spoil the ending, except to say it ended happily, for Mr.Petersen, his wife, and Bob,who went to a costume party as Zorro. All in all,a good episode.Any comments?

And it was nice when Bob's little old lady client who was knitting, and she and Bob were always being interrupted during her session by Mr.Carlin and Mr.Petersen, kindly, but not nastily, chewed Carlin and Petersen out.As I said, all in all,a good episode.

but one question...anyone notice that some people are missing from Bob's group in s6...namely, what happened to Michelle?

And the first one that they aired late last night/early this morning, another Bob briefly episode in which Emily successfully went to bat for a 70-year old elderly woman who dwelled on the past and faced being sent to a rest home. She got to stay in her apartment, succesfully convincing the doctor to let her stay.A not bad episode, with the funniest part being at the very end of the eisode.Anyone else see last night's episode?

Yeah, lol. Asking Howard if he'd ever considered going to the rest home: brilliant.

The marathon of "The Bob Newhart Show"on The Hallmark Channel on Sunday?Although it was butchered(I wish they had showed the full screen opening and closings),it was still pretty enjoyable, and at least there was something to watch this weekend..

I don't understand why Hallmark shows the full opening credits for MTM but not Bob Newhart

Actually, they hadn't been showing the full opening credits for MTM before the marathon (that is when they put it on in the beginning of April).
