Orlando -- You know him as uber-nerd "Skippy" from Family Ties. Actor/Comedian Marc Price was Michael J. Fox's nerdy best friend in the '80s sitcom. Fast-forward to 2012, he's making his way around Florida's comedy clubs, including the Improv Comedy Club at Pointe Orlando. We picked up Marc at an iHop next to his hotel Monday. We took him to the Improv Comedy Club just down the road on I-Drive for an interview you'll see only on News 13. Here's some of it:

Allison Walker: Marc Price in The City Beautiful. Welcome!

Marc Price: The City Beautiful? Is that what you guys call this?

AW: That's what it is. You have to know this stuff so you can use it during your gig.

MP: O-Town I've heard of, but the City Beautiful - I haven't! The Happiest Place on Earth - yes. The City Beautiful - never heard it. But it is a beautiful city.

AW: So we're here at Orlando Improv Comedy Club, where you perform Wednesday night at 8 p.m. Are you as crass as you've been off-camera, or what? Would you bring your mother to this?

MP: I would. My mom lives in Florida, so she might be here. But I love the Improvs and I'm very honored and fortunate to work here because they have the best of the best. Really, this is it.

AW: Is it self-deprecating humor that you have, or what's the gist of what you are going to deliver?

MP: I deprecate a little on stage, but within reason. I try to make a fun night for everyone. Nobody wants to hear you picking on yourself all night.

AW: No they don't. But you started comedy when you were, oh, 2 years old?

MP: A little bit younger. I was in the womb. It was a tough womb. A two-milk minimum. My dad was a comedian. My mom was a singer and so they met on the road together and they used to bring me out at the end. I was a cheap device for applause. That's how I got started.

AW: You told me that your mom packs heat and you stalk your stalker. We had a long discussion and it's on Ch. 300, Central Florida On Demand in our Celebrities section. We'll catch you Wednesday on this stage.

MP: Now that's what I call a tease.
