Who would you want it to be? I'd vote for Maureen Maher, she does a helluva job on 48 Hours (pretty much the best UM substitute show, in my opinion).

I agree that she was pretty good. The creepy quality of the show didn't go away when she gave some updates and info.

Keely Shaye Smith is a good choice. I also think Dayle Hinman, the criminal profiler, would be a great choice.

Barbara Walters? She has that harsh no nonsense bottom line voice LOL.

I always liked Lynee Thigpen as well as Nancy Mckeon, Regina King, and Lynda Carter. All strong women.

I'd go with Maureen Maher, too.

I also think Virginia Marsden did a good job that didn't hinder the show's quality in any way.

I think CCH Pounder, Linda Hunt, or Kirstie Alley would do a great job. All three have rich, expressive voices and could nail all the necessary inflections.

Lynne Thigpen would have been great as well...rest in peace. :(

I'm trying to think of someone dark and creepy, though....that would be good. Someone like Dita Von Tease but not so flashy/sexy.

I like Maureen Mahrer. I also think Michelle Ward of ID's "Stalked: Someone's Watching" would be good too.
