In the March 27 episode of CBS' "NCIS", we'll meet Vance's brother-in-law Michael (Jocko Sims, seated), who is suspected of a crime.
"It puts Vance's family in crisis mode," says Rocky Carroll. "And Vance and Gibbs will not be seeing eye-to-eye on how to solve this case."
