When aired in two seperate parts for syndication, was the closing song the same alternate version used at the end of the 1 hour special on the dvd?

Is there one without the backround noise and talking, etc?

I just checked on Netflix. Part one does, indeed, use a "clean" recording of the alternate version found at the end of the one-hour version. It's transposed over the closed bar scene we're accustomed to normally seeing during the end credits.
