Ron Perlman Wants to do "Game of Thrones"

During a recent press conference for Festival International du Film Fantastique de Gérardmer 2012, Ron Perlman mentioned that, if given the opportunity, he would love to appear on "Game of Thrones".
"I would love to work on 'Game of Thrones'. The only other time George Martin ever worked on television was with 'Beauty and the Beast'. He was a staff writer, one of the five writers that were on the staff, so every 5th episode was a George Martin episode.
Those episodes were the ones that I really looked forward to the most because he didn't write like everybody else and he had this really great point-of-view, he's just a great story teller of originality.
So I would love to do 'Game of Thrones' and I would think that the reason it's not currently being discussed is because of 'Sons of Anarchy'."
