What if Major Nelson was a woman, and Jeannie was a man? How do all of you think the show would have been changed/effected?

....you probably never heard of- or watched- a short-lived 1997-'98 ABC sitcom entitled "YOU WISH" (created by Michael Jacobs)....about a male genie [John Ales as "Genie"] who finds himself "serving" a young single mother [Harley Jane Kozak] and her two kids. It was that kind of show that soon required Jerry Van Dyke (as "Grandpa Max") to appear regularly as "comedy relief", before it was cancelled.
