We could see the FULL interviews of those who were on the show? I would love to see what else Paul Pollis, Don Devereux, etc. had to say!

We've all heard the story about Jule Caylor's lawyer being none-too-pleased about the things his client was saying in his interview and apparently yelling "cut!" at one point. I've never been quite clear whether or not Jule went against his lawyer's advice and personally asked for all his comments to be left in the show, or if he actually said anything WORSE that never made it to air!

On one of the DVD commentary tracks, the producers mentioned that one of the suspects interviewed on the show stood up afterward and revealed that he was sitting on top of a loaded pistol! Unfortunately, he didn't say who it was, but I'd love to find out!

One other interesting thing I noticed is that Wayne Hecker's infamous "I don't answer to anybody but the Lord" line may be the only time on UM where they left in the interviewee asking a question from off-camera.

Bob, Air Wheeler, and Pat are interviews I wish we could see the full thing for. Complete with the number of times the crew had to take a break to catch their breath.

Excellent memory! I came into this thread to ask such a question, as I wasn't sure if it ever happened, but I didn't think it had. I hate to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but I have to wonder how much/often the producers spliced video.

"Is the sky blue?"
"It isn't red!"

An example of that ilk could send 20 different interviews in 20 different directions if we don't hear the question.

I'd love to see any of the obviously guilty interviewees (Chad Noe, Judy Groezinger, Mark Nichols, etc.) fully unedited interviews. I wonder if any of them ever "slipped up" and UM passed the footage on to local LE.

Unedited interviews could prove to be a revelation but as Blackout mentioned they probably weren't saved after they were edited down for broadcast.

Tim McClure.

I wonder if he was as convincing in the rest of his interviews as he was on what was shown on UM. :)

I heard the most convincing parts were left in. ;)

I think it would be AWESOME if they launched UM as a website and added in extra footage and integrated with FB. I see all those ridiculous "share this" or "copy this" mess and I think too bad they're not cases or photos of actual missing kids.

Besides, I know even my non-UM fan friends would LOVE Bob Bean.

I also think that some of the unedited interviews would lead to more information about the cases that UM tended to leave out.

It would have been amazing to see that one! I wonder if he ever got angry or flustered or if he was able to stay smarmy the whole time.

Yeah, I loved hearing that! I also thought it was interesting to see that way he leaned his head listening to the question and we could see his actual reaction to the question rather than just jumping into the response.
