I'm surprised this case has never been featured on Unsolved Mysteries. I recently saw it on "The Investigators" and before then, "Snapped!". Due to the circumstances of this case, I think it would've been a good candidate for the show, perhaps during the 2001-2002 season.
This will tell you more about her case: http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/h/hossencofft_girly.html

Cool post. The guy sounds like a complete a**!! Swindling Cancer patients and believing he invented a Youth serum?? I feel bad for these women who end up marrying verbally or physically abusive men and end up paying with their lives. :/ I can't believe this ********* only got 10 months probation! or the fact the gathering of evidence was so mucked up.
Congrads on your 600th post! :-)

Interesting!
Thanks for the post!
(I really like Charley Project stories)
This is so upsetting, though. Poor Girly :(
Don't worry Sody, the main guy got life plus 61 years. It was another man who only got ten months probation, luckily.

it was on American Justice as well.
Linda Henning was obviously railroaded in this case.
