Is it just me or did CD seem aggitated in this episode? Like that lady on the phone and that old man were really ticking her off? Did anyone else notice that?

I noticed CD bent out of shape all eppie long over people using their cell phones. It is just a way of life esp here in Cali...I thought they were passing some laws in NY about not using cell phones while driving or using a headset.
