"True Blood's" Vampire Authority is taking shape.

Jacob Hopkins has been cast as Alexander Drew, an Authority chancellor who turned into a vampire when he was just 9 years old, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

True Blood is slated to return this summer on HBO.
