Yeah, Its so cool to have a favorite series complete on dvd. Once in a while, I'll be watching a show on TVLand, and see a show all chopped up, then I like to pull out the episode on DVD, and am happy to see it the way its supposed to be seen. Both Three's A Crowd and The Ropers should have been released after Three's Company was finished! Retro Vic 02-18-2012, 09:27 AM I have Seasons 1,4,5, & 6. The reasoning of why I have these paritcular seasons is simple, they were the lowest priced on Amazon. What I do is check amazon for price drops, they are sporadic. I am not sure what the logic is to dropping prices on certain seasons, but I guess it all has to do with supply & demand. It probably also is a good way to keep DVD addicts like us to keep coming back and checking merchandise. I have watched "Three's A Crowd" on Antenna, & am not a fan of that at all. Don't know what happened there, but the funniness is missing from Jack Tripper, the same Jack Tripper that I loved so much on "Three's Company". Will not be getting that! To this day, I still LAUGH aloud when watching "Three's Company" which shows that this show is definitely one of the all time greats! 1960'sTVfan 02-18-2012, 11:00 AM I have seasons 1 thru 5, I don't like the Priscilla Barnes seasons so I won't order seasons 7 and 8. I might eventually order season 6 because Jennilee Harrison was still in the show that season. I might eventually order season 6 because Jennilee Harrison was still in the show that season. I liked the Prissy Barnes eps. She definitely was way over the top with her character acting, but it kind of grows on you. I also like Jenni, really I liked all of the characters in that show-- they were all fantastic, & made the show really funny! I LOVED the Lonna character, & her interaction with Jack & Mr. Furley, The Ropers were great too, & obviously Jack, Janet & Chrissy Snow, Seasons 1-8, I need to complete my collection as well. MikeLutton 02-18-2012, 02:24 PM she was very good on this show il be watching them soon i did not care for cindy to much,i did not miss chrissy at all cause they made her so stupid toward end of her run the ralph furley episodes are going be funny to see again, and no commercials which is the best part about it. amazon charges to much for their dvds that why it took me long time to buy the complete seasons dont got to worry about reruns on tv anymore thank goodness BigManMike 02-18-2012, 02:58 PM I don't have any of the Three's Company DVDs yet, but I loved watching it on Antenna TV along with its spinoffs the Ropers and Three's a Crowd. When I do get the Three's Company DVDs, I am also going to get the bootleg Ropers and Three's a Crowd DVDs on ioffer, then it will be all complete, and when I watch them, I will rotate them out just like Antenna TV does. MikeLutton 02-18-2012, 03:56 PM i love this show classic such a classic also got the best of 3s company, with lucielle ball.ooc sorry for mispelling anyone got any favorite part of the extras |
