How many game shows can you name that were a hit in the U.S. and in other countries? Or how many game shows can you name there were hits in their original countries that were hits in the U.S.?

Examples:

The Price is Right which originated in the U.S., is successful in both the U.S. and in other countries such as England/U.K. and Australia.

Wheel of Fortune originated in the U.S. is sucessful in America and around the world in other countries such as England, Brazil, Italy and Australia to name a few countries.

While Who Wants to be a Millinoaire, which did not originate in the U.S. had been hugely successful in the U.S. and around the world.

Are there any others you can think of?

Even though it wasn't a big hit in the United States, Blockbusters had a long run in England. Also, Family Feud and Hollywood Squares also had success in the UK under the titles Family Fortunes and Celebrity Squares.

Bob Monkhouse, who hosted Celebrity Squares was a guest on the Peter Marshall version.

And one time, years ago on"The Mike Douglas Show",the late Mike Douiglas had as one of his guests on the show, the late Mark Goodson, who said that although a little-known game show he and the late Bill Todman did in 1965 for NBC called"Call My Bluff",was not a hit over here in the U.S.A,it was a huge hit over in England.
