Can someone answer a question for me? In the episode Morale Victory, When Klinger comes back with the crabs Doesn't he have his locker full of real beach sand? did they cut that part out & why?

I haven't seen that episode in a while, but I do remember that bit. It was probably chopped out of the reruns.
I've been watching the first season on DVD this week. You would not believe all of the stuff that has been cut out of the original episodes!

To boost morale, Hawkeye planned a beach party, complete with sand spread in the compound, and live crabs for snacking on.

Hawkeye feared that Klinger had taken off for good, since he had taken his footlocker, but Klinger returned with the crabs and sand.
