I didn't have the chance to go to my bank yesterday and I'm thinking of going to Giant Eagle which has a bank but I have NO Bank Account there, I'd like to cash in my SSDI Check and I didn't do that last week.
I'd like to do it now because I can't wait and I hate waiting!

What's the question?
Can I cash a check at another bank that isn't mine?

Can I cash a check at another bank that isn't mine?
Banks will typically not cash checks for non-customers (even Government checks such as SSDI) unless the check itself is drawn on that bank. Usually, you either have to be a customer of that bank or the check that's written to you has to be drawn on that bank before they will cash it for you.
I would be surprised if they cashed that check for you. If it's convenient, you could always open a small account there (as long as they don't charge crazy monthly fees) in order to have the convenience of cashing your check at that location.
Can your SSDI check be direct-deposited rather than having them issue you a check?
Many years ago, a person might be able to take a government-issued check and cash it at a bank other than where their own account was. But there's way too much fraud going on out there these days. It's not worth it to any bank to take that kind of a chance.
Another possibility would be for you to endorse your check over to someone that you know who has an account at that bank, and have them cash it for you. But that would be up to the bank whether they'd be willing to accept a check under that scenario.
