Hello. I'd really appreciate some help. I've searched and came up empty handed. I'm searching for a couple episodes.

The first one is the disappearance and murder of a young girl. She befriended this young guy who worked in a pet store. She would ride her bike to the pet store. After her disappearance, the young man's wife thought he acted funny (he came home bloody and washed his clothes and shoes). She was pre-teen and loved animals. I'm pretty sure they found her body, but I don't remember her name. I kind of remember some people saying they saw the young girl the day she disappeared waiting for someone sitting by the side of the road.

The second is of a middle aged married blue collar man who after visiting a grocery store and talking to a woman friend of his that worked in the floral shop inside the store, disappeared. I remember someone who knew him putting out the idea that he was cheating on his wife and that maybe a jealous husband killed him.

Can someone help me find their names out so I can google them? Thank you.

The first one you're referring to is Laura Lee Burbank, a 13-year-old who was killed by David Fisher, a man she befriended at a pet store. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison in 1974 but escaped. He was recaptured sometime after 1989 but I'm not sure what's became of him since.

The other one you're referring sounds familiar but I can't put a name to it.
