Shortly after the singer's tweet, Brit Brit's devoted fans started using hashtag #GetBritneyOnModernFamily. Britney then tweeted that she would love to be on the show.

Of course, if Britney does land a guest starring role on the Emmy winning comedy, it won't be her first foray into TV.

The pop star has also appeared on "How I Met Your Mother" and "Will & Grace."
