I like Eli. Since when is having a great personality a qualification for being a football player? They said the same thing about his brother, and so to shut the critics up, he hosted SNL, and it ended up being one of the funniest I've ever seen. He has learned how to play the QB position based what I seen of him in the past 4 years but I would not call him a leader. A good QB who has learned that you need to be mobile when push comes to shove but not really a leader.

I'm talking about right after the INT. The difference between him and Brady is when Brady throws a INT he looks PISSED and can't wait to get back out there. When Eli throws a INT he walks with his head hanging to the ground and instead of looking pissed he has the "I"M SORRY" look. Once he changes that about himself then he will look more like a leader
