Does anybody know what those 8 episodes are? robyrob 01-27-2012, 09:19 PM well, I found it, but no info yet... http://www.amazon.com/Fan-Favorites-Best-Happy-Days/dp/B006OKOWBI/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1327713365&sr=8-6 I'd rather get more season sets than even think of supporting any stupid "Best Of" sets, but they are probably going to look at its sales to determine the future of HD on TV robyrob 01-27-2012, 09:50 PM still nothing, I found where the Honeymooners poll was (over now of course), but no eveidence of any Happy Days poll on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/cbshomeentertainment the announcement on TVShowsOnDVD: http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Site-News-Fan-Favorites/16332 (no more info there either) TVFactFan 01-29-2012, 06:00 PM If any of these episodes are on it I;m buying it Mork's first appearance Mork's second appearance The Funeral Episode Shotgun Wedding Richie's return from the Army Heidi Dawn 01-29-2012, 07:44 PM If any of these episodes are on it I;m buying it Mork's first appearance Mork's second appearance The Funeral Episode Shotgun Wedding Richie's return from the Army Actually, the full Shotgun Wedding episode is going to be on the Season 5 DVD of Laverne & Shirley coming April 10. The 'Happy Days' portion is added as a special bonus. Ok well if both Mork episodes are on the DVD i will get it maxwell 01-30-2012, 01:41 PM Amazon.ca includes Scott Baio in the credits. This hopefully means we'll get at least a couple of yet to be released episodes in the set. mjd13076 01-31-2012, 10:57 PM My favorite episode was always the Season 10 show with Tom Hanks. He comes back looking for revenge because Fonz pushed him off a swing in the 3rd grade. It was a pretty funny episode. maxwell 02-01-2012, 03:08 PM I think it would be nice if the series finale was on it. It'll probably be a while before season 11 makes it to DVD. dave insinga 02-07-2012, 04:04 PM i dont want to rain on anyones parade but im not so confident of releases like this whos to say that these may be some of the episodes we already have i hope not but i dont trust these types of releases.id love to see WELCOME HOME PT 1 AND 2 from season 11 on this set but i doubt it. robyrob 02-18-2012, 08:04 PM all the episodes are from the already-released first three seasons :( http://tvshowsondvd.com/n/16548 1. All The Way (Season 1 premiere) 2. Fonzie Drops In (Season 1) 3. Haunted (Season 2) 4. Guess Who's Coming To Christmas (Season 2) 5. Richie's Flip Side (Season 2) 6. Fonzie Moves In (Season 3 premiere) 7. The Motorcycle (Season 3) 8. They Call It Potsie Love (Season 3) TVFactFan 02-18-2012, 08:11 PM all the episodes are from the already-released first three seasons :( http://tvshowsondvd.com/n/16548 Rob I have to say That is a f*cking disgrace. What the f*ck is the point of this release then? And whoever buys this needs their head examined. Speechlees robyrob 02-18-2012, 08:32 PM Rob I have to say That is a f*cking disgrace. What the f*ck is the point of this release then? And whoever buys this needs their head examined. Speechlees agreed, I'd rather buy some other season sets anglemark10 02-19-2012, 12:28 AM Maybe we'll get lucky and the second-season episodes won't be edited like they were in the original box set. TVFactFan 02-19-2012, 12:34 AM Maybe we'll get lucky and the second-season episodes won't be edited like they were in the original box set. You may have just pointed out the only think about this DVD to market. But it would be wise to wait for the SitcomsOnline Review to confirm if they are edited dave insinga 02-19-2012, 02:54 PM i agree its pointless this release is pointless and really upseting for those of us waiting for the rest of the series antman67 02-19-2012, 04:03 PM My favorite episode? "Guess Who's Coming to Christmas" It always chokes me up that Fonzie Christmas episode. BTW... http://thumbnails57.imagebam.com/17570/a8771c175697223.jpg (http://www.imagebam.com/image/a8771c175697223) Is it me or did they color in or photoshop Fonzies old white wind breaker for this photo? This is not his leather jacket? anglemark10 02-19-2012, 11:32 PM My favorite episode? "Guess Who's Coming to Christmas" It always chokes me up that Fonzie Christmas episode. If they did, that's a complete waste since we already own these episodes. They should focus on season 5. Waterston_Fan 02-24-2012, 11:05 PM It's not just you... http://www.freedomsphoenix.com/Uploads/Graphics/171/08/171-0801074444-happy-days.jpg (http://www.freedomsphoenix.com/Uploads/Graphics/171/08/171-0801074444-happy-days.jpg) Maybe it's because they re-photoshopped it but I thought Richie looks weird. I didn't even think of it as Fonzie having that windbreaker. The photo just looks weird all around. The photo with Fonzie in the leather jacket, not the one I have quoted. Avilos 02-25-2012, 02:01 AM I can understand the irritation a bit... I do want more seasons released but this is not aimed at us, big fans of the show who already own the other DVDs. Its aimed at casual fans who would not want complete seasons. TVFactFan 02-25-2012, 02:06 AM I can understand the irritation a bit... I do want more seasons released but this is not aimed at us, big fans of the show who already own the other DVDs. Its aimed at casual fans who would not want complete seasons. I don't want seasons 1 and 2 so I guess the DVD is for someone like me TJ 03-03-2012, 08:08 PM The episodes appear to be exactly the same as the individual season releases. The two season one and three season three episodes appear to be unedited and have the original music. The two season two episodes do not have "Rock Around the Clock" and have the same instrumental music substitutions. TJ 03-03-2012, 08:10 PM The fans have spoken! Here come eight great Happy Days episodes, selected by fans in a Facebook poll. Visit the 1950s Milwaukee neighborhood that rocks around the clock and join the Cunningham family and their friends for their best-loved laughs. Remember how it all began in the pilot episode as awkward teen Richie Cunningham (Ron Howard) lands a date that's too hot to handle. Get in gear as ultra-cool Arthur "Fonzie" Fonzarelli (Henry Winkler) tracks down the villain who trashed his beloved motorcycle. And share a hilariously touching Christmas as Fonzie spends the holiday with Richie's dad Howard (Tom Bosley), his mother Marion (Marion Ross) and precocious little sister Joanie (Erin Moran). All these plus five more laugh-out-loud episodes are featured in this collection.
