I can't think of any in particular right now, but the notes from "Epstein's mother" excusing him for tardiness, incomplete homework, etc. were priceless. :lol:

Definitely those tardy notes. And how about the ep where he locked himself in the Kotters restroom and wouldn't come out.

Epstein's notes were always a highlight. The best part about them was when he would mouth the words while Mr. Kotter was reading them. :lol:

The Debate episode when Horshack and Epstein are debating about humans being naturally aggressive and Epstein scares Arnold into agreeing with him that they aren't aggressive.

And who can forget the part in the episode "Epstein's Madonna" when Epstein paints a nude woman on the wall at school and that woman happens to be Mrs. Kotter. :lol:

I would really like to see this episode from the last season where Epstein and Washington try to write a school song - it sounds hilarious. Does anyone know what the episode name is?

There were a few favorite Epstein moments that I remember. One of the most common was a note that Kotter read that was always signed "Epstein's Mother." She was never actually seen in any episode.

I also remember an early episode when Epstein ran away after losing a fight and later reconnected with his family.

Another one was when his sister Carmen, played by Lisa Mordente briefly joined The Sweathogs.

We'll alway remember the character who was voted "Most Likely to Take a Life."

Awwww...I try. :blush: I had randomly found that and was watching it just as you posted that you couldn't find it on YT!!!!

The notes from Epstein's mother were the best! I just wish I could find a clip of one on YouTube (Welcome Back, Kotter hasn't aired in Canada since 2006).

Whenever he brought a note in to Mr. Kotter. Those were some classic moments especially for me being a teacher myself.:lol:

When he and Mr. Woodman's niece were kissing and making out on the kotter's floor when she was supposed to be babysitting the twins!!!

I know I am probably getting on everyone's nerves on this forum because I keep bringing this up, but I am a female and I've always liked Juan Epstein and I'm romantic!!!
