Demi Moore Rushed to Hospital, Now Seeking Professional Help

Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital on Monday night, TMZ.com reports.

Paramedics were called to Moore's Los Angeles home late Monday, before she was transferred to the hospital. TMZ reports that she was allegedly treated for substance abuse.

Reps for the actress did not immediately respond to TVGuide.com's request for comment.





"Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health," a rep for the actress said in a statement.

"She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends."







In November, Moore announced that she has decided to divorce Ashton Kutcher after six years of marriage. News of their split came weeks after Us Weekly reported that Kutcher had a one-night stand with a 22-year-old named Sara Leal back in September — on the day of his and Moore's sixth wedding anniversary.

Reports of trouble between the couple surfaced quickly (Star Magazine reported that the two had been living apart for months), but Kutcher took to Twitter a week after his alleged affair urging people not to assume anything.

Moore and Kutcher married in 2005 after dating for two years.

Godspeed to Demi - I know she has had problems with substance abuse in the past, and I hope she is able to overcome it. I know she has the love of her three daughters and the support of her children's father, Bruce Willis. Hopefully they will all rally together and be a helpful support team to Demi.

I read about this in the newspaper recently. Sorry to hear about what she's going through. I hope she gets better. She still looks good. Was she married to Emilio Estevez or did they just date? I remember them being a couple but i don't remember if they married or not. She was so hot in Disclosure movie with Michael Douglas. I like the sex scene she had with him even though he wasn't trying to have sex with her LOL. It would've been hard for me to resist her in that scene because of the sexy outfit she had on LOL.

She and Emilio Estevez were engaged in the mid-80s, but never made it to the altar. Not long after they broke up, she met Bruce and the rest is history.

Demi looks ghastly in that photo :eek: I am sure probably maybe Ashton could be a jerk but I cant imagine him being a jerk on thier wedding anniversary :confused:
