I thought I should let you know, he is recovering from emergency surgery. Recently he had a stomach ulcer that ruptured. They repaired it and he should be home by now.

I found this out on his site. www.roberthegyes.com it's under news.

A family member posted the news and said that he would talk more about it when he felt up to it.

I thought I would pass it on to all of you.

Me too, It sounds very painful...

I've been checking his site, every so often for updates on his recovery and over the past 2 months he has recovered and will be talking about his experience and new Point of view on life in the days or weeks to come. He also has a current picture of himself on the home page.
