Grammy Museum Presents 'The History of Heavy Metal'

The Grammy Museum has teamed up with Revolver Magazine to open up an exhibit entitled 'The History of Heavy Metal', which will feature stage artifacts and props, handwritten lyrics, and more.
The purpose of the exhibit is to educate people on the origins of heavy metal, go through the various sub-genres, and tackle the controversy that has surrounded the genre since it's inception nearly five decades ago.
The exhibit opens up April 11th, 2012, which coincides with the Revolver Golden Gods Awards Show.
