I was skimming through the episode, Murder In Tempo last night and in the promo there is a clip of Jessica saying "He's not a loser" and by the looks of it, the clip should take place during the gathering of her fundraiser speech at the Community Center. But I never did see it in the episode after going through it over and over.

Does anyone know what I am talking about?
