Once upon a time, in 1990, a 15-year-old kid named Leonardo DiCaprio (then a regular on a short-lived sitcom version of the hit 1989 Steve Martin movie Parenthood, created and directed by Ronny Howard) was a celebrity contestant opposite Soleil Moon Frye on Teen Win, Lose or Draw.
The following year, in 1991, DiCaprio was cast as Luke Brower, a 15-year-old homeless teenager taken in by the Seavers, on Growing Pains, which would cease production in Spring 1992 despite being #27 out of 102 prime-time shows.
DiCaprio, who turned 37 last November, has since become a full-fledged movie star with films such as Titanic and his turn as real-life OCD patient Howard Hughes in the hit 2004 movie The Aviator, directed by Martin Scorcese.
