Like I mentioned above, dont do business with the Ocwen Mortgage company!! We had Saxon Mortgage from when we moved into our house in Oct. 2006 to around Oct. 2009. Then, without notice, Saxon Mortgage changes hands to Ocwen Mortgage. We were never told of a change in Mortgages. Anyway, from around Oct. 2009 when it was Saxon Mortgage to this present day, they have been giving us a problem with the mortgage payment. They keep saying that they never get the mortgage payment even though my mother sends it every month.

In fact, it has gotten to the point where we have to send the mortgage payment via certified mail and THEY STILL CLAIM THEY NEVER GET IT!! My mother and myself are at wits end with these people. You call them and you never get a straight answer. My mother talked to one person one time who said everything was ok and yet they keep telling her that they didnt get the mortgage payment!! I personally dont know what the hell else to do and I would like to get some type resolution to this problem. I mean its one thing to charge the amount they charge for a mortgage which is stupid but when they say they dont get the payment plus the late fees and the cost for certified mail, who has that money??

Is there anything I can do because my mother and I are struggling as it is without this pain in the neck thing??!!!

First thing I would do is check with the better business bureau, sure sounds like underhanded activity is going on.

My late girlfriend (may god rest her soul)was with them and they claimed all her payments were late and kept adding late payment charges to her account. She was sending the payments off two weeks before the due date, so we know good and well they were recieving the payments in plenty of time.

OH Nuts!

How about sending a letter of complaint to the Attorney General's office?

Another idea: some TV stations have someone who helps viewers with problems they've had with businesses. If there is someone like that, call their office and see if they'll help. If you're having problems with this mort. co. maybe others are too. Might make a good story for them.
