Paul Lynde - Uncle Arthur - died 30 years ago today. You wonder where the time goes.
It was also 30 years ago today that Dwight Clark caught "that pass" from Joe Montana, sparking the 49ers dynasty of the 80s/90s.
I always seem to remember those two things whenever January 10th comes along and one has nothing to do with the other. In fact, I didn't know of Paul's passing until told some time later. After all, it was the early 80s and news didn't travel as fast.
Just thought that the thought was worth passing along on the 30th anniversary.
