As you know, ME-TV was finally added to my cable system, via WSAH. Now I've had it for almost a week and here is my review of ME-TV. I think ME-TV has a very clear picture. It doesnt skip, lose sound or turn colorized shows or commericals black and white, like my Antenna TV and THIS TV affiliate does. It seems like the episodes are full length and there are no end credit crunch etc. It seems by some of the promos that I have seen that they have a clear focus and path of what they want to be. There is also a promo knocking reality tv which I like. I cant remember which one though.

There are a couple of problems. One, why shows like Bonanza, Gunsmoke or MASH is on, I'll never know. I mean arent they on enough already on other channels? Second, its the paid programmng situation. I've emailed ME-TV twice about it and have not heard a response yet. There is no way that there should be paid programming on anyway. I mean the paid programming really interferes with the shows I want to watch(Happy Days, The Odd Couple) That really bothers me. I also find it weird that at 1 or 2 am in the morning there is ME-TV programming on. Why is it on in the middle of the night and yet not on at 10 pm at night? Just seems bizarre.

If they get rid of the paid programming, ME-TV is a channel on the rise, no doubt.

Glad to hear that you are getting Me-TV. They have a nice variety of shows (westerns, comedies, crime dramas, etc.), so it's has something for everyone.

Me-TV doesn't deal with paid programming. That is your local TV station's decision. They carry Me-TV on their sub-channel, and they are the ones who are interrupting Me-TV with paid programming. It sucks. You should email your local station and complain.

Me-TV is also on facebook, and they are usually good about responding to questions there.

That is true. My local ME-TV affiliate has about 50% paid programming and religious programming. I wish they would air more. They hardly show any ME-TV programming in the morning.
