I was happy to find out that B&A were on Antenna TV and I DVR all the episodes as they are on at 2 and 2:30 AM each morning. I really enjoy watching the episodes again and still laugh out loud at Gracie's antics. I especially enjoyed "Christmas in Jail" where Gracie has a hilarious scene as a "gum" moll.

I too am enjoying the show. Currently I am seeing the season of shows in which I was born. I get a kick of Ronnie and all his girlfriends. I wish I could have a ton of boyfriends at that age.

Anyone watching this show other than Dobson and me? It is interesting to see the "new rooms" as the new seasons appear.

I have several eps of it burned to DVD. I love Gracie Allen. She patented daffy.
I really enjoy Ronnie too and of course Bea Benaderet. George's monologues are kind of entertaining too. Nobody can drive you crazy like dizzy Gracie. I love an ep where Sheldon Leonard appears on the show as a gangster.

I too watch them all, Gracie is just too funny. As a big Lucy fan, it is fun to see so many of the character actors on both shows.

I record them overnight and enjoy getting my fix of Burns & Allen daily.

Haven't seen it in awhile, but I always liked it when George would check up on everyone by watching the show on TV (in the later seasons).

It's a grand old show and there's no such thing as too much Gracie--because she really is too much--her illogic logic is a hoot!

This show is awesome! I vaguely remember seeing an episode or two in the '80s, probably on the former Family Channel, but I rediscovered it on Antenna TV. I'm sad that it's only on the weekends now, but I hope the channel never drops it. Gracie was perfect with her logically illogical comedic stylings, George was a wonderful cynical straight man, and Ronnie did add some lovely eye candy. I loved Bea and all the Harry portrayers, but my only sore point about the series was the continuously miserable state of the Morton marriage. Geez, even Fred and Ethel Mertz got in the occasional moment of actual affection, and they hated each other in real life!

B&A was ahead of its time, with the breaking of the fourth wall. It truly was a classic and innovative series.

Yup. You hit all the high points--but Gracie--God rest her soul--was the highest one!

I concur wholeheartedly. Even George said it himself many times; he knew who his meal ticket was!;)

I think George burns is very funny and , too, I certainly get a huge kick out of Harry Von zell. But Gracie's character drives me nuts! Her ditziness and circuitous manner of thinking (which gets many ppl in so much trouble) makes me crazy, too!!

She’a a riot and patented daffy. I had to steel myself away from the B&A Xmas eps on Antenna. God she should have guested on I Love Lucy. Her, Lucy and Gilda Radner, are, in my opinion, the best comediennes ever.
