I was on twitter and a person who I follow on Twitter, Ken Fang of Fang's Bites, who does a fantastic job on sports media etc., linked an article that I will link for you about how Comcast and Disney have struck some type of deal.

My question is what does this mean? I dont have an I-Pad or I-Phone or a Tablet. Does this mean even w/o that stuff the article does include me because I have Comcast?
