I was reading something about Jim Morrison, from the Doors the other day and for some reason he start talking about toothpaste. He making a comment about Pepsodent toothpaste saying he had a smile like Mary Tyler Moore. He got the actress' name wrong, he was meant to say Barbara Feldon.

Do they look alike? :confused:

Does anyone have stills of Barbara Feldon from the Pepsodent commercial? Or what year did she do this commercial?

As part of their sponsorship arrangement, Don Adams (and some of the show's cast) appeared in an "integrated" commercial for the sponsor's product(s) at the end of the episode. Don and Barbara appeared in numerous Pepsodent spots between 1965 and '68. Mary Tyler Moore also appeared in a Pepsodent ad in 1970, at the time her series began.

Someone did bring up the fact that Moore did do some ads for them on the Doors forums but the date of the interview with Jim Morrison was before she did her ads. Someone had said that Jim Morrison had passed on before she did her ads but if you say 1970, Jim Morrison passed on in 1971.

Did Don Adams and Barbara Feldon do these ads the whole five years?
