sonny the cowboys are down 21-0 right before the half. I really hope someone is fired tomorrow because you can't end a season like this and everyone is still employed. They will be 0-4 on sunday night football

Romo can't be blamed for this loss because we have the WORST DEFENSE in the NFL. they can't tackle anyone, they can't sack the QB, or cover any receivers. Victor Cruz score a TD on 3rd and 1 and took it 60 yds down the field.

BTW: I believe the turning point of the game is when we got the ball first and Garrett called a long pass play on 3rd and 4. STUPID

I guess I should thank the Eagles for that. Steve Smith went to Philly and Victor Cruz replaced him. :D

if it was the eagles, no. it's the cowboys whose defense can't stop anyone on 3rd down

when the defensive coordinator sees a player getting burnt and jumped over and doesnt bench him then he needs to be fired. thy's why he is paid, to see who is helping and who isn't

Thanks Sol, it was a good game for the Giants. We will see if they have that same passion against the Falcons next week.

I'm sorry I'm late responding. I've had a hard time getting on SO the last few days.

Congratulations Brian. Your team has a lot of heart. Everyone was down on them a few weeks ago but they came back and beat the Jets and last night beat the overrrated Cowboys. Good luck in the playoffs. :)

Thanks Sonny, I still have serious doubts about the Giants, but am now solidly convinced Eli Manning is an elite quarterback.

Why is that?

How many times do you think Eli can step back and just throw a PRAYER in the air and hopes Cruz comes down with it?

Now it worked last night but you don't want your QB making a habit of that especially in the playoffs.

He is at his best when he is WELL PROTECTED. When he doesn't get good protection it's not much he can do because of his lack of mobility so he just usually throws the ball up for grabs. For some reason it always works against the cowboys secondary LOL

First off MOST QB's do well when they are well protected. Secondly, Eli doesn't just fling it into the air and hopes someone grabs it. That ball was well placed between the two defenders covering. Eli is elite he just doesn't get the props he truly deserves.

Victor Cruz was not open when Eli threw that pass, Cruz was able to have the skills to go and GET THE BALL.

Brian Damage

Victor Cruz also deserves props, but Eli does as well. Eli Manning could've easily taken the sack but he gave himself enough time to make that play happen.

That wasn't buying time

That was running for his life and then just throwing the ball in the area of anyone with a giants jersey

Solomon, here is a fact, the Giants would be home this weekend and probably 4-12 if not for Eli. He makes the Giants a contender! And oh by the way was a Super Bowl Champion and MVP.

Where I come from you are not supposed to be afraid to take a hit. That's my only criticism of him. And he is INT prone once his team is down 10-0

Solomon, Eli is a tough QB. He does take hits and yes my only real criticism of him is he tries sometimes to do too much when the Giants are down. But I assure you he is better than Vick, Schaub, Romo and the other you mentioned, aside from Brees, Rogers and Brady.
