I e-mailed a person at the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce website about the Jackie Gleason estate and to my surprise, the person actually replied. Here is the response:

"I, too, am a huge fan of The Great One.

At the time of his death in 1987, he was living in Lauderhill, Florida."

For privacy issues, I am not going to paste the whole e-mail but it says that Marilyn ownes housing property in Fort Lauderdale. I am not going to give the address of the property for privacy reasons even though one can search it on the Internet. The housing property is small and it is not the Jackie Gleason estate and there is a small chance that she might live there. I do remember watching the Larry King Live Special and she said that she moved from the big house that her Jackie lived in (presumably the estate) because it was too big for one person to live in so that makes me believe that no one lives at the estate.

One question I have is what town is the estate in?
