Someone mentioned he had a speaking role. I have yet to see it! Which scene was it & approximately when in the show did it appear? Maybe before (or after) Potsie tried to fool the family with a mask in the kitchen. It didn't work.

No reply in 2 months! Does this mean Chuck wasn't on this episode at all? I've yet to see a version of HD that shows Chuck here.

Chuck was in several eps with speaking roles in the first 2 seasons. But 2 different actors played him, and both played him as if the part was very expendable, for some strange reason.
